I took these in the Moneterey area right before all these clouds came over the hills and started raining on us. It's snowing as low as 1500 feet here right now. Luckily I live far enough away from that.

The first picture of my last post was just a picture of some interesting clouds. It wasn't stormy out that day at all. Cloudy and somewhat dark, but not stormy. I guess the way I edited it just made it look like that. Anyway, since I got such great comments on it I thought I would post the original photo of it. Looking at the photos, I see how it looks stormy, but in actuality I took these photos around sunset one day.

My dad and I went on a drive yesterday. I wanted to experiment with my new camera. It's a cheap $100 camera by HP, but the pics didn't turn out half bad. Here's one of the photos I took.

I took this at the fountain in front of the Metropolitan Opera at Lincoln Center. Since the title of this blog is "Declaration," I thought a picture of jumping water made a strong declaration. This blog is more than a declaration of photos. I will post a photo a day here, many of them of people and other subjects, but nature and creation and general are my theme in general. The verses below explain my theme more specifically.
